Knights of the Night
001
To everyone who came out to our last three events: A Knight in Heaven 1 & 2, and our short film screening with our friends at Basmnt. Thank you, Truly.
Every night reminded us of something rare: that a room full of strangers can become a community, that art can still slow down a world that refuses to stop, and that the right energy can make a simple night feel like a memory you’ve carried your whole life.
Those moments reminded us why we do this.
Why we keep making spaces that feel nostalgic.
Why we protect the art that raised us.
Why we’re better when we’re together.
This newsletter is our next step
A way to stay together
A way to think together
A way to feel together
Death Before Dishonor is a collective built from real life, real stories, real friendships, real experiences.
Artists who believe that good art comes from honesty, from vulnerability, from showing up for each other.
Together, there is no mountain high enough, no valley low enough, no river wide enough to keep us from getting our art to you.
We share our work because maybe it’ll make someone else feel brave enough to express their reality freely.
We’re not here to follow what’s popular, we’re here to express what’s true.
Every issue is a reflection of the times, of the city, of our people. Think of this as a place where we talk about life, film, music, art, unity, and what it means to be alive opposed to living.

Topic of the Week:
Would you surrender yourself to living or being alive?
Example: What’s the difference between surviving a life and actually living it?
Every month we’ll drop a small playlist of songs that shaped the room, the mood, or the moment.
Thank you for being part of this. Thank you for believing in something that doesn’t exist yet, but will.
